This made me think of my two close friends that recently moved away to a different state. I’m seeing one tonight and I haven’t seen the other in nine months and that makes me really sad. I’m sad now.

I like how the picture and captions were together, it gave the story a little extra. I think its also really hard to stay in contact with people you dont see everyday. but if the friendship is real then you will both know that no matter what is going on if the other needs to talk then you’ll be there.

I do think it is difficult to stay in touch with friends when one leaves, but I think that friends who have a close connection are more likely to stay on touch. Not just with age differences, but also with long distance friendships i think it sometimes is hard to still be engaged when you live so far part unless both people really value the friendship.

I feel like when students go to college it’s hard to keep in touch with lowerclassmen, because you seem to be in a whole different situation and it makes it harder to relate. Also, you could go to college in a different state which makes it harder to hang out.
