How did you ask your escort to homecoming?
I asked him if he wanted to go to homecoming with me by a rose and some chocolate.
What were your immediate thoughts after hearing your name over announcements?
I was extremely shocked an very surprised, but very excited at the same time.
Which homecoming activity do you look forward to most?
Probably the parade I don’t know…to be able to dress really nice and to represent RB in a fun way.
What school activities do you participate in?
Tri-Theta, Cheerleader, Young Republicans, DECA, core leader for Wheeler and Dealers, RBRO, Student Council and choir.
How do you think you would exemplify a homecoming queen if you won?
I believe I can represent the queen by having good attendance, good grades, being a good overall student, being interactive with the school and having good school spirit and being able to reach out to anyone who’s in need.
How have you made the school a better place?
I definitely helped with wheelers and dealers and getting more people involved, and I have a good reputation –I’m not a big partier or anything, and I’m in a lot of clubs.
What are your dreams and aspirations?
I want to own my own business one day. I don’t know much from there, but I want to stay in Columbia and close to my family.
What is your most embarrassing high school memory?
I was cheering for West [Junior High], and I had a whole bunch of friends that were on Jeff [Junior High], and I accidently yelled really loud, ‘Let’s go Jeff!’ when I was meant to be cheering for West.
