DIY: Easter Garland

One of the best parts of Easter is that it marks the start of Spring. Pastel colors, cheerful games and crafts help to brighten moods after a long winter. There are many crafts to be made aside from the classic of dying eggs. Using just colorful scrapbook paper, string, scissors and a hole puncher, you can create an Easter garland that can be hung anywhere in your house.
