The fire alarm that sent students out into the 42 degree weather – which felt like 32 degrees – at 9:00 a.m. was only a false alarm.
The handle “accidentally got hit by a weight in the weight room,” activities principal David Bones said.
Because the handle was damaged, the alarm went off even after students returned to class. No students or teachers were injured.

It was freezing cold outside, i found out that shivering is an involumtary reaction…the cold was really painful……it was okay because it was an accident, but i hope no one pulls a prank in the future like this….

Haha. It went off in the middle of my psych test. When it went off the second time I almost went crazy because I didn’t think I’d finish.
There were so many rumors about people pulling the fire alarm. Nice to finally have the truth revealed.
