The girls’ golf team faced inclement weather today, throwing the Bruins’ plans out the door. Due to lighting and rain, the golf championships are postponed until Tuesday, Oct. 18.
The golf team’s tee-off is at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow. Scores from tomorrow alone, as opposed to the regular two-day event, will determine the state champion.
Last year girls’ golf finished fourth with a combined score from two days of 690 points, two shots back from third place. If golf secures the lowest score tomorrow, they will receive their first ever state title.
