Girls’ swimming and diving competed at HHS Feb. 2 at the final regular season meet.

The swim and dive team finished third place at the Springfield Invitational.

Coming off of winter break, the girls’ swim and dive team dove right back into competition at the COMO Invite Jan. 4 and Jan. 5 where the team placed second overall. The team had only competed three other times prior to this meet, so team members took advantage of the opportunity to swim fast times and make state cuts, times that will automatically qualify them to compete at state later in their season.

The athletes will travel to Smith-Cotton High School (SCHS) Dec. 13 for the second meet of the season.

The swimming and diving season opened at the Marquette Relays where the Bruins took 10th and 6th respectively.
