This year, Marsh has worked hard in perfecting his swing and has hit high in the batting order the entire year. “You're going to experience some challenges in high school, whether it be academically or athletically, but just pushing yourself to do the best that you can instead of backing down or giving up is really important,”Marsh said. “Overall it is important that you stay persistent.”

Time management is the only challenge that I have during braids because they have to be perfect to me, I have to make sure my braids and my parts are perfect. I don't like any mess ups because I wouldn't want nobody to mess up on me, so really just time management.”

She is surrounded by the things that represented her all in high school and some will even follow her post high school. “This is so exciting, oh my gosh, I get to be independent, this is so much fun, and then at the end of the day, I'm kind of like, this is scary because on your own."

‘The Book of Boba Fett’ embodies long-awaited answers to wishes for the Star Wars universe.

Fans can now experience the reappearance of their beloved Boba Fett in the Disney+ original series, “The Book of Boba Fett.” The series follows his continued story directly after “Return of the Jedi”, and ascent into power as “daimyo” over the region of Mos Espa, taking the throne of his former employer, Jabba the Hutt. The show maintains the western setting and ideas included in the acclaimed “The Mandalorian” Disney+ series, staying true to the preferences of the fans.

L. Bob Rife’s cable television network, which has replaced the phone network, is the entrance into a world of technology, the urban city setting of which is established on a featureless black sphere along the one hundred meters wide “Street,” stretching 65536 kilometers. Users within this online universe are clad in portable terminals and VR goggles, nicknamed “gargoyles,” because of their distorted features. This is the metaverse. Or at least as Neal Stevenson describes it in his dystopian novel, “Snow Crash”, published in 1992.

RBHS blood drive held to fill local banks

RBHS hosted The American Red Cross Blood Drive in the auxiliary gym from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Oct.13. The event was held in an effort to receive blood donations from at least 30 people for Columbia’s blood banks.
