RBHS softball wins 9-0 on senior night, reflects on current seniors

The varsity softball team played against Rolla High School Thursday, Sept. 29. RBHS won 9-0 and in the 6th inning all the seniors were subbed out for the remainder of the game to honor their dedication....

Softball makes historic run to finish third at state

The softball team and crowd forgot the holiday of ghosts and candies as they set their sights on the Class 4 State Championship.
Freshman Kayla Mooney bats against Battle High School Oct. 17. The Bruins played their first post-season game against the Battle Spartans. The Lady Bruins' next game will take place Oct. 19 at Hickman High School.

For just the second time in school history, RBHS girl’s softball became the district champions. The next step in the postseason for the Bruins is the sectional game against Holt Oct. 23.

Softball (13-4) plays Hickman at 5:30 p.m. at home. Last year, the Kewpies beat the Bruins, 14-1, in regular season, but in districts the Bruins won, 4-1.
