They want time to pass by faster.
These fleeting seconds between notes and activities carry little weight in our lives—we spend each moment looking to the next. However, not all moments lack meaning. Some moments leave lasting impressions upon our hearts and minds and can affect us for years following.
In this issue of Southpaw, through multiple lenses we explore the significance carried in the time we spend.
Whether in the first moments of a seemingly impossible friendship or in the years of community growth, time works as a catalyst of change. In the years following a painful loss or a devastating injury, time mends and helps us work through the pain.
While our society values convenience and looks from each moment to the next, it is important to see that time is more than a marker. Whether in the seconds between activities in a classroom, or in the years we spend working toward our goals, time touches our lives in more ways than we could ever imagine.[/vc_column_inner][vc_wp_text][/vc_wp_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_custom_heading text=”Quick Navigation” font_container=”tag:h2|text_align:left” google_fonts=”font_family:Roboto%3A100%2C100italic%2C300%2C300italic%2Cregular%2Citalic%2C500%2C500italic%2C700%2C700italic%2C900%2C900italic|font_style:400%20italic%3A400%3Aitalic” css=”.vc_custom_1429130004126{padding-top: 20px !important;}”][vc_separator color=”custom” align=”align_center” accent_color=”#41608d”]01-baseball1-seven-seconds-tile
