Why are you running for Student Council?
I am running for Student Council because I feel it would be a fun and useful extra-curricular activity that I would enjoy and be useful in.
What impact do you hope to make as a Student Council representative?
I hope to be able to get to know more people around the school and get to know Rock Bridge better and help out in any way that I can.
What qualities do you have that makes you qualified to be a Student Council representative?
I am very good at dealing with multiple things at once, I balance my time well, and I like being around people. And preferable happy people.
What are you looking to change in Student Council this year?
I’m not sure what needs changing in student council, so I guess I’ll figure that out if I become a representative. If something does need changing, and I feel that it is a just cause, then I will support that change however I can.
What is something you would like to see Rock Bridge more involved in?
One reason I want to be in student council is to get to know Rock Bridge more, so I don’t really know at the moment what I would want my school to be more involved in.
What do you think the student body is looking for in a candidate?
I think the student body is looking for someone who will get work done smoothly and without complaints and who will take into consideration other people’s views.
What activities are you involved in?
I am involved in Project Linus and Save the Babies, which are parts of RBRO, and I am considering auditioning for the school musical for this semester.
What would you consider to be your strengths and weaknesses?
My strengths would probably be trying to include everyone in a group if I work in one and being organized and trustworthy. My weaknesses might be taking too much control of a group effort and and wanting to do things myself.
If you were given $1000 what would you do with it?
If I was given $1,000, I would probably put it in my college fund in the bank.
What is one thing you want the Rock Bridge Student body to know about you?
Ummm… that I actually want them to vote for me? I think it would take too much time to simply tell them my whole life’s story here and now.
