The Academy released new standards for movies to meet in order to be eligible for a Best Picture nomination, citing both representation and inclusion on Sept. 8.

The controversial drama “Joker” is leading the number of nominations with 11, and the Best Picture category nominees include “Ford v Ferrari,” “The Irishman,” “Jojo Rabbit,” “Joker,” “Little Women,” “Marriage Story,” “1917,” “Once Upon a Time...in Hollywood,” and “Parasite.”
