Genuine friendship enhances quality of life

Without Reagan’s bright, hilarious and effervescent presence in my life, I would be lost. A huge source of friendship and happiness wouldn’t be there.
A dog, Lexus, dozes on the ottoman of the DeArmond household Nov. 17. Lexus is often found here as it is her favorite spot in the house. Previously, her owners would never let her on the furniture, but they have become flexible in her old age.
