On Oct. 1 RBHS and Hickman High School went head to head in competition at the Hickman swimming pool. Competition featured members composed of mixed groups to test each other’s water.

Girls' swim. dive battles difficult practice conditions, falls to Blue Springs
Sophomore Nick Clervi and head coach Taylor Birsa converse during the 20 minute break Nov. 16. In prelims, Clervi posted a time of 55.85 and placed 15th. In finals, Clervi achieved a time of 54.08 and placed ninth.

Junior Kenji Kuwajima makes his way down the pool in the 100-yard breastroke. Although freestyle is Kuwajima's best stroke, he decided to work on his breastroke at the meet. Committed to improvement, Kuwajima put his best effort into the race.
