There are so many great women that influence my life. One exceptional woman that comes to mind is my grandmother, Ahn Pham. She was a Vietnamese refugee during the Vietnam War. She uprooted her entire life just so her children were able to have better lives in the US. Her selflessness and courage to move to a new country greatly inspires me and are traits that I hope to possess.
