[vc_images_carousel images=”285681,285682,285683,285684,285685,285686,285687,285688,285689,285690,285691,285692,285693″]Jazz groups from three high schools and the CPS middle school honors jazz ensemble came together on May 10 with guest artist Clint Ashlock and performed in the CPS Jazz Night at BHS.
This was the first year that the CPS Middle school honors jazz ensemble played. They are a group of students from the middle schools playing together.
Trumpet player Clint Ashlock also performed with all of the bands. He lives in Kansas City and performs with the Kansas City Jazz Orchestra. He has performed with well known artists Aretha Franklin, the Temptations, Nicholas Payton and Natalie Cole.
