RBHS varsity softball wins another home game for their Breast Cancer Awareness Pink-out game. The game against Hannibal ended early in 6th inning due to the mercy rule for the second night in a row with a final score of 10-1.
Bruins wore pink to show awareness for breast cancer and the softball seniors of ’14 broke ‘most number of wins’ record, having 89 wins and 17 losses throughout their High School careers. Coach Janel Twehous accompanied these girls in breaking the record from her past 4 years of coaching RBHS Softball. Bruins will play next on Oct. 9, 2013 in the district tournament.
