If you have a big goal, break it down into steps so it’s easier to accomplish and then easier to follow along with it.”][vc_empty_space][TS-VCSC-Image-Overlay image=”282219″ hover_type=”ts-imagehover-style6″ overlay_handle_color=”#2bb673″ message=”If you have a new year’s resolution and you’re having trouble keeping up, I think you usually have two options. If you can’t physically keep up with your resolution due to some other outside factors, then you should probably tone your resolution down a little bit and just set smaller goals first and then eventually move up to that big goal. If you’re a little lazy, I’d say motivate yourself. Give yourself a little bit of a reward afterward to motivate yourself. ” el_file=””]Shray Kumar, senior – 42 points
