Out of the 45 percent of Americans who usually make New Year’s resolutions, 47 percent of those resolutions involve self-improvement or education-related resolutions and 38 percent are tied to weight, according to the Statistic Brain Research Institute. Some of our contestants in the New Year’s Resolution Race fell short of keeping their resolutions this week. Check out their progress below!
