At last night’s homecoming football game halftime, senior Morgan Bumby was crowned Homecoming Queen out of nine potential queen candidates. Accompanied by her escort Salim Gumati, Bumby accepted the crown on the RBHS football field.
Bumby is an active participant in RBHS girl’s soccer and is the manager for the boy’s soccer team. She also participates in the school’s National Honors Society and Rock Bridge Reaches Out Club.
“I just feel really honored that my school picked me to be homecoming queen, that people voted for me and stuff,” Bumby said. “I just feel very honored. It’s a big honor.”
