The Man in the Chair played by senior Keegan Adkins yells “I hate musicals!” to begin the show, The Drowsy Chaperone. Lights illuminate the stage with a spotlight on Adkins as he continued his dialogue and the musicians in the pit began playing.
The Drowsy Chaperone is a parody set in the 1920’s written by Bob Martin. It opened tonight and runs again at 7 p.m. Nov. 8 and 9 at and at 3 p.m. Nov. 10th in the Performing Arts Department.
